Carl W. Vann

Carl specializes in providing accounting and tax services to medium size businesses. He graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and joined  the Atlanta office of Pannell Kerr Forster in 1974 where he worked in the audit department. In July 1981, he joined Holland Shipes Vann, P.C.

Through the years, Carl's significant experience  has provided him with an in-depth knowledge of accounting and auditing  procedures and financial reporting requirements. Carl has extensive experience in many industries including real estate development, service organizations, the hospitality industry, construction and wholesale  supply operations.

Carl is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of certified Public Accountants. He is currently serving on the Peer Review Committee of the Georgia Society of CPA's.
