Michael L. Whipple

Mike specializes in providing accounting and tax services to small to medium size businesses. He graduated from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and received his Masters of Taxation from Georgia State University in 1981. He joined the Atlanta office of Pennell Kerr Forster in 1980, where he worked in the taxation department, and in 1981, he joined the Atlanta office of Peat, Marwick, Mitchell where he became a Tax Manager in 1983. In 1985 he established the firm Michael L. Whipple, CPA. Mike joined Holland Shipes Vann, P.C. in 1992. 

Mike's experience includes tax and accounting in many different industries. He has extensive experience in the areas of construction, hospitality, real estate and service industries.

Mike is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants.
